{"id":10698,"date":"2019-05-09T12:25:12","date_gmt":"2019-05-09T11:25:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fortude1.wpenginepowered.com\/blog\/moveit-launched-on-world-health-day\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T05:52:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T04:52:12","slug":"moveit-launched-on-world-health-day","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/fortude.co\/blog\/moveit-launched-on-world-health-day\/","title":{"rendered":"#MoveIt launched on World Health Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fortude.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/MoveIt-V1-1024x576-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fortude launched a global virtual step challenge titled #MoveIt on 7th April to coincide with World Health Day 2019.<br \/>The challenge is aimed at encouraging employees to foster a healthy lifestyle by completing 82,500 steps across 17 days and<br \/>covers the length and breadth of reaching the summit of Mount Everest starting from the Lukla Airport in Nepal.<\/p>\n<p>The 2.5 week challenge held across Fortude locations in the US, UK, Australia, Sri Lanka and India is conducted in partnership with Ayubo.life; the Official Health App Partner and Athlete Unleashed, the Official Fitness Partner.
