Addendum<\/strong>\u201d) applies in relation to the processing of \u201cpersonal information\u201d of individuals falling within the scope of the\u00a0<em>Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act<\/em>, S.C. 2000, c. 5 (\u201c<strong>PIPEDA<\/strong>\u201d) by Fortude Canada.\u00a0 As used in this Canada Addendum, \u201cPersonal Data\u201d shall refer to \u201cpersonal data\u201d as defined in the Privacy Policy that falls within the definition of \u201cpersonal information\u201d as used in PIPEDA.<\/p><p>Fortude Canada shall comply with PIPEDA when processing your Personal Data and shall not use your Personal Data for any purposes which are not specified in this Privacy Policy.
