applies in relation to the processing, by Fortude Group, of personal data of individuals that is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-453685b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"453685b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">International involve a transfer of data outside the EU.
